Medical Transcription Training for Graduates of Other Schools Who Can't Find Employment

Maybe you saved a couple of hundred dollars, maybe not.  You went to school so you could get a job and work from Home.  We wish you'd have come here first, but you didn't so let's improve your training and get you working from home.

This is the Make Up Class.  It is a variation of our Mentored Internship^TM.  It has two levels of training; Level I and Level II.  You'll be interviewed and we'll ask you to take a test for us.  Then the Make Up Class is adapted specifically for you so you can polish your skills and work from home. 

This class does not usually cover any basic medical transcription training included in Training Steps.  The Make Up Class is prepared by your Counselor and Mentor/Instructor.

• You will be advanced to the level appropriate for you to finish your training 
• You will have one-on-one feedback from a real transcriptionist. Finally      

NOTE:  It is assumed that the graduate of another program has learned basic skills and only needs advanced training and internship to be employed.  If the graduate from another school was inadequately trained in basic skills, then the student may be required by our Counselor to take a remedial class in addition to the Make Up Class.  We will try to limit additional training and costs as much as we can.  Your Counselor and Mentor will make the recommendations and every attempt will be made to be flexible. 

Graduates from other schools may enroll in our Make Up Class to finish their education. The school you previously attended may not have educated you well enough or offered an internship so you are employable.  The Make Up Class can be the solution to your dilemma. 

Learning isn't about absorbing facts.  It's acquiring understanding

Class Length:  The Make Up Class is tailored to your needs. Course length will depend our your previous training.  It is usually two months long. You will mentor with a professional transcriptionist(s) and you are required to complete the work promptly.  You have finished 55% of the Class after completing Level I.  After receiving counselor approval you advance to Level II.  You will learn to produce work at a high accuracy level.  You must be able to return precise work in the required time frame.  You have completed Level II upon administrative acceptance of your work.  Level II is designed to prepare you for immediate employment. 

Unfortunately, some students spend 
thousands of dollars on inferior training. 

Many transcription school graduates come to us recommended by employers that would not hire them because of "inadequate education".
