Intuitively we think you know already. Most online schools are Diploma Mills. They favor an assembly line approach to training. Your "instructor" will be a computer rather than a real person. If your research has left you confused and worried, we understand. At Med Workshops we use a hands-on approach which always includes internship with a mentor. Because of our diverse curriculum and mentored internship, most believe we represent the best value in medical transcription, medical billing and medical coding training. We often have a waiting list of students so please call in advance of your desire to enroll. Mentored Internship is included in the Medical Transcription and Medical Coding classes.
All students receive the best textbooks and online modules after enrolling. Books and references are essential after you are employed. Many students choose to purchase upgrade dictionaries in order to have the advanced dictionary books they will need for employment- we provide the best. These are not required books for training.
